Diploma Covers / Certificate Holders FAQ
How long does it take to produce and ship certificate holders?
Typical lead time is approximately 4 weeks once we have the order and all artwork required. We can produce covers in less time depending on orders already scheduled for production and special material requirements.
What colors of cover material are available?
Black, navy, blue (several), red, green (dark/medium), brown, tan, burgundy, maroon, gray, gold, silver, and white are the main colors. Many others are available.
What sizes are available?
Any! We make our certificate holders based on the size of the certificate. Most common sizes ordered are 6x8, 7x9, 8x10, 8.5x11, 8.5x14, and 11x14. We are a “make to order” or custom manufacturer, so we can make your certificate holder to fit whatever size certificate you have.

Yes! We produce covers for portrait or landscape documents. Portrait would have long side hinge and open like a book. Landscape can have short side hinge and open like a book or a long top hinge.
What do you use for the interior panels?
Typical interior panels are either tag stock (coated card stock, usually white) or moiré (book board covered with silk taffeta fabric which has a wavy/watered appearance). Both tag stock and moiré are available in a variety of colors. Normal moiré colors include white, gold, light gold, gray, red, black, navy, beige, ivory, green, brown, burgundy, and others. Other materials are available for panels, like clear vinyl sleeves.
Can our certificate holders have two ribbon panels?
Yes! In fact, one interior panel can accommodate an 8.5x11 certificate while the other can be made to hold an 8x10 picture.
